Overview

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – Location: Camden – Salary: £45,000 - £46,000. Alice Rose Recruitment is currently seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for one of our key clients, an industry-leading M&E maintenance provider delivering both Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance across a commercial property in Camden.

Responsibilities
  • Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance tasks across commercial plant systems
  • Servicing and maintenance of:
  • Pumps, fans, and plant room equipment
  • VAVs, FCUs, and AHUs
  • Pressurisation units
  • BMS Head-End systems
  • Motors & pumps
  • Experience working with systems such as CHP, absorption chillers, vacuum waste/toilets, sprinkler systems, generators, and chilled beams is highly desirable
  • Minor electrical works and support.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in building services maintenance
  • Strong understanding of commercial PPM and reactive maintenance within SLA guidelines
  • Recognised mechanical qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 or 3 or equivalent)
  • Apprenticeship-trained (preferred)
  • Solid site-based experience within commercial environments
