A staffing solutions company is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer in Sunbury-on-Thames. You'll perform maintenance on critical building services and be responsible for PPM's and reactive maintenance. The role offers a salary of up to £42,000 along with 24 days of annual leave, pension, and healthcare. Immediate interviews available for the right candidates.

Qualifications

  • Experience in critical building services maintenance.
  • Commercial Building Maintenance Experience is required.

  • Carry out Electrical and Mechanical PPM's and reactive maintenance.
  • Work as part of a maintenance team.
  • Escort Sub-contractors and issue permits / RAMS.

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Sunbury-on-Thames, Surrey

Up to £42,000

Job Overview

My client is looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with experience in critical building services to work on a High profile Building at Sunbury-on-Thames, Surrey carrying out maintenance. You will carry out PPM's and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance and general building maintenance tasks with large commercial premises.

Hours

4 days on, 4 days off - 08:00am - 18:30pm

Responsibilities
  • Electrical and Mechanical PPM's and Reactive maintenance
  • General building services tasks
  • Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, FCU's, AHU's, HVAC plant, Water treatment
  • Knowledge of UPS, BMS, Chillers, Cooling plant, HV and LV systems
  • Working as part of a small maintenance team to deliver a great service to the client
  • Escorting Sub-contractors, Issuing permits / RAMS
Requirements
  • Apprentice Trained Mechanical - City & Guilds Level 2 or Equivalent
  • Client Facing
  • Commercial Building Maintenance Experience
  • Ability to work under pressure whilst remaining calm, clear thinking and able to deliver the required services to the client within given time constraints.
  • Navy Engineers Considered
