Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Bank - Corporate Office

£45,000 to £47,000 - No Callout.

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Property company based near Bank. CBW is currently recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based at a prestigious commercial office building, located less than a 5-minute walk from Bank Station. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Mechanical Maintenance engineer with a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out mechanical planned and reactive maintenance across this static site and work with the maintenance team on-site.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Monitor the mechanical plant
• Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
• Pressurization Units
• Cooling Towers
• Chillers
• Air Conditioning – Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Water Treatment
• Monitor the BMS systems
• Basic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc)
• General building fabric
• Escort specialist subcontractors

Hours of Work

• Monday to Friday (40 hour week)
• 08:00am to 17:00pm – Week 1
• 09:00am to 18:00pm – Week 2
• No Callout

Requirements

• Mechanically / Plumbing qualified – you must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance
• Installation experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Happy to cover a large site
• Honest, hard working and reliable

Package

• Up to £47,000 per annum
