Position

Mechanical Industrial Gearbox Fitter – full-time

Responsibilities

• Strip and rebuild gearboxes (Helical, Worm, Bevel Helical, Spur Gearboxes) as required.
• Work with gearboxes ranging in size from 150 kg to 10 tonnes.
• Operate within industries including Steel Works, Chemicals, Distilleries, Oil and Gas, Wind Turbines, Quarry, Brick, Water treatment, Cooling Towers, and related sectors.
• Adhere to schedule and respond to overtime and weekend work where required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: Gearbox fitting – 4 years (required).
• Licence/Certification: Driving License (preferred).

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: From £38,000.00 – £48,000 per year.
