A leading technical recruitment agency in the UK is seeking Mechanical Fitters / Technicians for an AM shift. The role involves assembling mechanical products and requires experience with engineering drawings and fitting. This position offers opportunities for career progression into team lead roles and beyond. The ideal candidate should have experience in mechanical assembly and fitting, and be proficient with hand and power tools. Competitive salary of £27-30k applies.

Shift pattern: Monday - Thursday 6:30am- 2:30pm, Friday 6:30am - 1.30pm
We are looking for experienced fitters and assemblers who can work to engineering drawings and build a wide range of mechanical products, lifting and access equipment. This role is ideal for someone who is looking for a new challenge, who wants to put your assembly, fitting and production experience to the test!
These roles have been created due to huge investment following a number of massive contract wins resulting in an 18 month full order book and requirement for a new shift! This role has the opportunity for real career progression into a team Lead and then field service based roles, with live examples of fitters who are now travelling the world doing installations, repairs and maintenance, having started in the workshop.
