Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Mechanical Fitter/Technician in Dudley, West Midlands, to join an expanding workshop team producing specialist equipment. Days Monday to Friday with full training provided and options for overtime.

You'll benefit from 1.5x overtime and a bonus scheme, plus strong training and development in electrical skills as part of the role.

Are you a Fitter/Technician from a Mechanical background, looking to join an expanding team where you will be able to work on specialist equipment and be provided with Electrical training and development?

On offer is a great opportunity to join a company within a niche industry, who invest heavily in developing the skillsets of their workshop team and offer 1.5x overtime with performative bonuses too.

The company has been around for around 50 years and have continuously grown over time. Their products are niche but they lead the market in its production. Despite growth, the team still has a close-ink feel as you'd have with a smaller team.

This is a Monday to Friday role, where you will be working on the production of specialist equipment. Full training will be given.

This role would suit someone who has experience working within a Mechanical role in a workshop environment looking for electrical training and plenty of overtime.
