Job description

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Fitter to join our team and support the installation of mechanical systems on construction sites, primarily within the water industry.

This is a site-based role, often outdoors or in confined environments, where you'll play a key part in delivering safe, compliant and high-quality Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) works.

You'll work under the guidance of the M&E Site Manager or Supervisor, contributing to a safety-first culture and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

You will be responsible for the complete mechanical installation of M&E systems in accordance with design specifications and industry standards.

A key part of the role involves maintaining high levels of site safety, housekeeping and waste management.

You'll ensure all relevant certification and quality assurance records are completed accurately, while actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

In everything you do, you'll uphold and promote the company's values, working collaboratively with site teams, subcontractors, and delivery partners to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
