Shift Patterns / Hours

• Shifts: early – Monday to Friday 6 AM–2 PM; late – Monday to Friday 2 PM–10 PM (alternating weekly).
• Location: Newport, Wales.

Key Role and Responsibilities

• The Assembly Operative is a member of a team responsible for carrying out various assembly procedures, including fitting components across Mechanical tasks within a Production environment to achieve the fully built vehicle.
• Follow specifications and other appropriate instructions and/or procedures to accurately assemble components on a train using a variety of tools and equipment.
• Carry out lean production activities.
• Record and report faults to relevant areas of production.
• Ensure all records (manual and digital) are completed correctly and on time.

• Able to maintain accurate records.
