1st Step in Highbridge is seeking a Mechanical Assembly Fitter to join its workshop. You will build and assemble industrial equipment and gain advanced training while working a 37-hour week over four days.

Overtime is available, with a salary range of £27,000 to £34,000 plus pension and holiday benefits. The role suits hands-on individuals able to handle mechanical tasks and willing to learn in a supportive environment.

Are looking for a hands-on mechanical role where you will work with advanced industrial equipment and develop your skills?

Do you want the opportunity to work Monday to Thursday on a 37-hour week, with overtime available on top?

This well-established company works to design and manufacture a range of industrial equipment across the UK. They are expanding and looking to take on new staff to keep up with demand.

In this role you will work within the workshop to build industrial equipment. Full training can be provided for someone who is able to use hand tools and willing to learn. Or someone with more experience looking for further training.
