Job summary

TRS Consulting (UK) Ltd in Crawley is seeking a Mechanical Field Service Engineer to service and repair their range of breathing apparatus equipment, perform planned preventative maintenance, and uphold the highest levels of customer service. The successful candidate will typically earn around £55,000 total package (£40,000 basic, £4,000 bonus, £5,000 overtime, £6,000 car allowance).

Qualifications

• A technical qualification in mechanical engineering or similar.
• Experience working as a field service engineer on mechanical or electro-mechanical systems.
• Experience or exposure to breathing apparatus, safety or air-supplied respirators is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Planned preventative maintenance.
• Service and repair of breathing apparatus equipment.
• Ensure highest levels of customer service.
