Were looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Estimator to join our growing team! If youve worked on education, hotel, or high-rise residential projects, this is your chance to contribute from day one.

Responsibilities

• Prepare & develop detailed mechanical estimates
• Analyse drawings, specs & documents for accurate costing
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers & clients
• Evaluate supplier & subcontractor quotations
• Provide clear breakdowns of labour, materials & equipment
• Support value engineering & project handovers

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator (education, hotel, or high-rise residential)
• Strong knowledge of mechanical building services (HVAC, plumbing, pipework)
• Ability to interpret drawings, tenders & technical docs
• Excellent numerical & problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with estimating software
• CIBSE/MCIBSE accreditation (or working towards)
• Ability to manage multiple tenders independently
