OVERVIEW: MECHANICAL ENGINEERING TUTOR

Are you ready to down tools and fancy a change in direction? Moving into a training role is a great way to pass on your knowledge and skills within your industry! We are currently seeking an Mechanical Engineering professional with a genuine desire for people development. No training experience needed; all training will be provided by the employer.

This role is based in a training centre in Rochester, with working from home 1-2 days a week.

The Mechanical Instructor role will require you to be involved in teaching, coaching and mentoring young learners undertaking L3 & L4 qualifications. You will be a time served Mechanical Engineer with maintenance or design experience.

If you have a teaching qualification or an assessors award, great! If you do not hold these qualifications but have a genuine desire to move into a training role, enjoy working in a learning environment and hold sound experience in the engineering sector, my client would like to hear from you. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

THE ROLE OF MECHANICAL ENGINEERING TUTOR

To deliver and coordinate the successful completion of all aspects of qualifications delivered at a high-tech training facility. Training learners in the centre towards agreed qualifications in line with relevant awarding body standards.

We are looking for applicants that are self-motivated, a team player and have a 'hands on approach' to work within this rewarding environment.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE: MECHANICAL ENGINEERING TUTOR
