This is a high-profile appointment supporting a flagship account occupied by globally recognised organisations, including major technology businesses and leading international law firms. Due to the size and complexity of the estate, the business is looking to strengthen its engineering leadership team by appointing a dedicated Mechanical Engineering Manager to work alongside an established Technical Engineering Manager.
This is a leadership-focused position where you will act as the site's mechanical engineering expert, providing technical direction, operational oversight and client engagement across the estate.
You’ll be responsible for supporting a team of approximately 10 engineers operating within a dual reporting structure, including Day Engineers, Lead Engineers and Shift Engineers. Whilst this is an off-the-tools position, you’ll be expected to have strong mechanical expertise and be the go‑to person for technical support, guidance and decision‑making.
