Type : 0.6 Part-Time Temporary / Permanent

Rate : Temporary £40-£50per hour

Eden Brown are seeking a dynamic and skilled Mechanical Engineering Lecturer with a specialisation in CAD / CAM to join a leading Further Education College in Greater Manchester.

This is apart time role over Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday starting January for 5 weeks.

About the Role

As a Mechanical Engineering Lecturer, you will teach, support, and mentor students in the field of CAD, Thermodynamics and Mechanical Principles to Level 5 helping them develop the skills needed to thrive in the engineering industry.

You will deliver engaging lessons, create high-quality learning resources, and support students through both practical and theoretical elements of mechanical engineering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and up-to-date lessons in CAD, focusing on software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and other industry-standard tools.
  • Provide practical, hands-on teaching experiences in CAD software and engineering design principles.
  • Support students in their assignments, projects, and examinations.
  • Contribute to curriculum development and ensure teaching materials are current and reflective of industry standards.
