Job summary

Anderson Wright Consulting Ltd is seeking a Mechanical Engineer Surveyor for pressure and steam systems in Cumbria. The role offers a substantial package with a £45,000–£49,000 base salary, plus a company car or car allowance and a double matching pension, plus a meaningful training investment.

Qualifications

• HNC or Level 4 qualification equivalent in any engineering discipline.
• Hands on experience of fixing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing or servicing relevant pressure equipment e.g. boilers, compressors, heat exchangers, steam plant
• UK Driving licence
• Customer facing skills

Responsibilities

• Inspection and certification of pressure air and steam systems.
• Boilers, steam plant, compressors, steam turbines, pressure vessels condensers, heat exchangers.
• Autonomy of personal diary.
• Streamlined and simplified recording of information.
• Maintaining client relationships.

Are you a Mechanical Engineer who is experienced in high pressure systems or steam systems or an engineer surveyor that’s interested in a career with a huge test, inspection and certification company with over a hundred and fifty years of history?
