  • Driving root cause investigations and 8D reporting for reliability and field performance issues.
  • Managing FMEA processes to identify risks and embed lessons learned.
  • Coordinating cross‑functional actions with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.
  • Developing and tracking reliability metrics, reporting on risks, actions, and closure status.
  • Engaging with customers through reports, presentations, and on‑site technical meetings.
Qualifications
  • Experience working within a similar role (Product Engineer, Reliability Engineer etc).
  • Proven background in 8D methodology, FMEA and continuous improvement.
  • Confidence working with customers and cross‑functional teams.
  • Mechanical engineering education (HNC/HNC) or relevant training.
