A leading international engineering consultancy is seeking Mechanical Engineers to join their Nuclear New Build division in Gloucester. The role requires extensive experience in fluid systems and safety cases. Candidates will manage deliverables, review documentation, and work closely with clients and stakeholders. We are looking to expand our technical team within our Nuclear New Build division, by hiring 2 Mechanical Engineers with a speciality in Fluid Systems. The Mechanical Engineers will take ownership of their own packages of work within fluid systems (including fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and hydraulic systems, pumps, valves, pipework, heat exchangers). Representing the client side delivery services, this person will sit within the team who deliver overview and multi-disciplinary coordination in the areas of safety case justifications, configuration & change management, documentation management and technical reporting, whilst ensuring alignment to nuclear industry standards and QA processes within a nuclear environment.
