Responsibilities

• In a pressurised precision engineering company where quality is No.1, investigate manufacturing errors in areas including CNC machining, assembly and test, then use 8D root cause analysis to generate corrective actions.
• This will result in changes to design, engineering specifications, material selection and manufacturing processes – all driven by you.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Automotive Engineering or similar, with commercial experience in engineering design, engineering root cause analysis and engineering change.
• You'll be producing revised 3D drawings, updated engineering calculations and specifications to substantially reduce manufacturing errors, warranty claims and parts failure.
