Our client is a well‑established, global market leader and has a permanent vacancy for a Mechanical Engineer. You will be required to deliver the very best technical support to customers. Within the role, you will be required to support with technical inquiries, investigate product claims, test products for customers or other subsidiaries, create various technical documentation, identify, develop and deliver training, and perform market research.

Qualifications
  • Mechanical Engineering degree 2:1 or higher.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience of writing technical reports and engineering documentation.
  • Ability to work as part of a multicultural team that delivers results by consensus.
  • Passport and driving licence required (some UK and European travel).
  • Understanding of MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Desirable
  • Experience in design of machined parts.
  • Knowledge of CE, UKCA, UL and related standards.
  • CAD, CAE basic knowledge.
  • Basic Electrical Engineering knowledge.
