Job description

A Mechanical Maintenance Engineer is required for a facilities management organisation, working on site at a hospital in Leeds. this is shift work, 4 days, 4 nights with 4 off in between. This is a long term role with the potential for permanent employment. and operational procedures.

You will be carrying out maintenance, repairs, testing and inspection of building, mechanical and electrical services, associated systems, plant and equipment in accordance with relevant standards and operational procedures.

Maintenance Will be required on:

• General Electrical services such as lighting and power
• Air handling units
• Low voltage electrical distribution system and switchgear
• Emergency standby generating plant
• Fire alarm systems and emergency lighting
• Electrical control systems
• Building Management System
• Heating and domestic water systems
