Mechanical Engineer

Data Centre Project
Our client is a large and well-established MEP Sub-Contractor operating across the UK, Ireland and Europe. Renowned for delivering major Mechanical & Electrical packages, they partner with Tier 1 main contractors on cutting-edge technology schemes, including Data Centres, Pharmaceutical facilities, Semi-Conductor plants and heavy industrial projects.

The Role

They are currently seeking an ambitious Mechanical Engineer to join their project team on a new-build Data Centre development in East London. The successful candidate will support the delivery of complex mechanical systems within a fast-paced, high-specification environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning, coordination and installation of mechanical services packages
  • Review technical submittals, drawings and specifications
  • Support on-site engineering activities, quality checks and commissioning
  • Liaise with the wider project team, subcontractors and client representatives
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and industry standards
  • Provide technical solutions to engineering challenges throughout the build
