Overview

We’re recruiting a Multi-Skilled Mechanical Engineer to join a leading FM provider, covering one of their key sites in London.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical plant
• Diagnosing and repairing faults on pumps, valves, AHUs, FCUs, and pipework
• Supporting minor project works and upgrades
• Liaising with site contacts and ensuring high standards of service delivery
• Managing your own schedule across the four sites with support from the central team

What You’ll Need

• NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds in Mechanical Engineering or Plumbing
• Experience in commercial building services (multi-site or commercial experience preferred)
• Good understanding of HVAC systems and general building maintenance
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
