Qualifications

  • BTEC / HNC / HND in Mechanical Engineering or City & Guilds equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, heating, and ventilation systems.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a mechanical building services role.
  • Excellent leadership, organisation, and client-facing skills.

  • Work closely with clients and subcontractors to oversee project performance and compliance.
  • Manage and coordinate all site-based mechanical building services activities.

Mechanical Engineer (Days Shift / Mon - Fri) – Knightsbridge

Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of mechanical building services planned maintenance tasks and site operations, ensuring HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.
  • Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to oversee project performance, compliance, and the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
  • Manage and coordinate all site-based mechanical building services activities.
  • Oversee planned and reactive maintenance, testing, and installations across commercial and residential properties.
  • Ensure all statutory and compliance requirements (fire, water hygiene, HVAC, F-Gas, etc.) are met.
  • Supervise site teams and subcontractors, ensuring high standards of workmanship and safety.
