Overview

Mechanical Draftsman / Design Engineer

Location: Swindon, Wiltshire (Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 days remote). Duration: 5 months. Rate: £35/hr Ltd - Outside IR35. Security: Must hold or be eligible for BPSS clearance. Project: ESF Facility.

About the Role

Responsibilities

• Create and update detailed AutoCAD / SolidWorks drawings.

Experience & Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in design engineering.
• Strong background in generator and power distribution systems.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Familiar with MOD and Defence Standards.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes for high-spec equipment.
