Role: Mechanical Design Engineer

Salary: Up to £55,000 + Benefits
Our client, a leading technology company in Shipley, is seeking a talented mechanical desing engineer to join their growing multi-disciplinary team. You’ll play a key role in developing mechanical designs for complex electronic products, working closely with experts in electronics, embedded software, and manufacturing.

As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you’ll be responsible for the full mechanical design lifecycle - from initial concept and 3D modelling to detailed design, documentation, and handover to production.
You’ll design robust, high‑quality electronics housings, enclosures, and mechanical assemblies, ensuring they meet mechanical, environmental, and manufacturing requirements.
You’ll collaborate with electronics, firmware, and production engineers to deliver innovative, reliable solutions for demanding applications.
