Qualifications

• 1 year or more of experience in a similar position.
• Proven ability to drive Engineering development.
• Be self-motivated with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Using CAD for concept design and producing technical drawings.
• Designing and developing new products.
• Liaising with manufacturing providers.

Skills

Experience in Design / Mechanical / Project Engineering position

Strong organisation and project management skills

Experience with 2D and 3D CAD

Knowledge in sheet metal and welding fabrication

Good mathematical and general engineering knowledge

Excellent communication skills

Education

Degree / HNC / HND / BTEC / NVQ in Mechanical Engineering
