Are you a mechanical design technician, with experience in working in a manufacturing setting, looking to join a well–established company, which boasts well known clients like Muller and Nestle, that offers a profit related bonus and a path to technical lead?

Would you like to be in a role that will see you travelling to client sites, gathering initial briefs, in a design role that will allow you to have creative freedom, working with bespoke, one off equipment?

The Role:

• 7:30 – 4 Monday – Thursday 7:30 – 3 Friday
• Visit client sites to conduct initial inspections
• Create drawings and models, using AutoCAD and Inventor, to design plans for projects
• Support the manufacturing and installation teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure client needs are met
• Work in a design team of two, assisting on multiple projects at once, with projects ranging in size
• Attend design meetings and project reviews to ensure all departments are performing at the correct pace, and to the correct standards

The Person:

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Inventor
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
