• Experience in mechanical design within aerospace/defence or advanced engineering environments.
• Strong CAD skills to produce accurate 3D models and technical drawings.
• Understanding of materials and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and translate requirements into effective designs.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Understanding of design configuration, documentation and change control processes.
• Effective communication and collaboration across engineering disciplines.
• Relevant mechanical engineering degree, apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
