Mechanical Design Engineer

£40,000 - £45,000 + Day shifts + Overtime + Office based + Excellent company benefits
Ideally located: Bolton, Rochdale, Prestwich, Westhoughton, Atherton, Horwich

Are you a Mechanical Design Engineer looking for an exciting opportunity within a rapidly growing company where you have the freedom to progress your technical discipline and become a go-to expert within the business?

On offer is the chance to head up your own department within this innovative company, taking full responsibility over the work you produce and leading a wide range of technical projects.

This company is a go-to partner and leading manufacturer within their industry and is now looking for a dedicated designer to help with its growth. Day-to-day you will be expected to use Autodesk Inventor turning clients' 2D drawings into 3D designs.

This role would suit a Mechanical Design Engineer looking to advance their career alongside a dedicated and motivated company.

The Role:

• Using Autodesk Inventor to create 3D designs
• Office based, also collaborating with the wider Engineering Team
• 42 hours per week, Mon - Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm

The Person:

• Time served as a Mechanical Design Engineer
• Experience with conveyor design
• Happy to work with autonomy as well as in collaboration
