Responsibilities
  • Design and develop complex mechanical components and assemblies using CAD software (SolidWorks, NX, or Creo).
  • Create 3D models, detailed engineering drawings, and documentation to support manufacturing and testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, software, and manufacturing engineers to ensure design intent and functionality.
  • Conduct design reviews, tolerance analysis, and performance validation.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation across all design activities.
Requirements
  • UK Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Automotive Engineering or a similar discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years\' relevant industry experience.
  • Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, NX, and/or Creo.
  • Experience working within one or more of the following industries is highly desirable: Motorsport, Green Energy, Product Development, or Future Powertrains.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
