Job Details

• Pay: £48,000 to £58,000 per annum
• Company Vehicle or Car Allowance
• Hours of Work: Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
• Duration: Permanent
• Benefits: Company pension & 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays)

Job Role

The Mechanical Contracts Manager will oversee multiple mechanical projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. You will develop project plans, manage site resources, price jobs, and liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors while offering technical support and leading meetings.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

• Previous experience within a project or contracts manager role
• Strong knowledge of mechanical building services
• Knowledge of relevant UK legislation
• Willingness to work on the tools when required
• Ability to acquire new projects & quotes
