Position: Contracts Manager

Salary: 62,000 - 70,000 + Car / Car allowance + Pension + Health

Region: Surrey & London

My client is seeking a Contracts Manager to cover a portfolio of schemes predominantly based across the South East. The role will encompass managing a portfolio of projects (3/4 at one time), site-based with other days based from home. The organisation is a main building contractor who has a reputation for delivering high-quality internal and refurbishment schemes including fit-out and M&E works ranging from a few 100k to 5M in value.

The successful Contracts Manager would need to be able to manage the following:

• All projects delivered to all safety, cost, and programme/quality targets. Snag-free, On Time, RIDDOR-free with a Delighted Client.
• Will be supported by site teams including project managers, site managers & engineers.

Ideal Candidate:

• Internal/ M&E build background
• Previous experience in a similar role (managing multiple projects)
• Proactive approach & Forward thinker
• SMSTS minimum
• CSCS card
