The Role

• Lead the creation and development of the new Mechanical division
• Manage mechanical projects from inception to completion across the UK
• Build and mentor a dedicated mechanical team as the division grows
• Work closely with senior leadership to shape strategy and operations
• Ensure high standards of delivery, client care, safety, and compliance
• Support integration of Mechanical & Electrical services for existing clients
