MK Search & Selection are currently working with a leading M&E contractor with a turnover of £400m and a strong international presence and a reputation for delivering flagship and complex engineering schemes who are looking for a mechanical construction manager to join their team on a very notable pharmaceutical project in Surrey.

Reporting to a mechanical project manager, you will join from the beginning of 2026, and be tasked with managing and motivating the specialist mechanical subcontractors to completion throughout the 2 year programme to PC. A proven track‑record in delivering complex plantrooms and pipework packages would be advantageous but is not essential.
