• Strong mechanical background in building services or industrial construction.
• Experience managing large-scale commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical or data centre projects.
• Experience overseeing the installation of mechanical building services (HVAC, pipework, plumbing, etc.).
• Ability to lead site teams, resolve technical issues and maintain proactive project delivery.
• Willingness to be on-site five days a week with travel or stay-away as needed.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
