MK Search & Selection are currently working with a leading M&E contractor with a turnover of £150m and a strong national presence across sectors delivering across the pharmaceutical, life-science and data centre sectors who are looking for a mechanical construction manager to work on a £30m M&E pharma project in Hull, Yorkshire.

Reporting to a mechanical project manager, you will join from the very beginning of the install stage and be tasked with managing and motivating the specialist mechanical subcontractors to completion throughout the 2 year programme to PC.

Role/Responsibilities

• Management of subcontractor labour
• Attend site meetings
• Progress reports
• Prepare contract documents (method statements, risk assessments, RFIs, etc.)
• Health and safety
• Review and amend RAMS
• Snagging
• Work with the Project Manager to manage the commissioning process and handover of the project.
