Qualifications

• Experience dealing with M&E contractors on site and at management level.
• Heightened interpersonal skills for influence and rapport building.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clerk of works team resources for quality and compliance programmes.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and witnessing throughout a project.
• Manage clerk of works activities via an online Project Management tool.

Skills

Knowledge of Building systems including HVAC

Workshop systems knowledge including Local Exhaust Ventilation

Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings

Education

ONC/HNC in civil engineering or construction management

Clerk of Works qualification or relevant experience
