Job summary

Cundall’s Birmingham Building Services team invites an experienced Mechanical Building Services engineer to join our office. You will work with directors and partners on exciting UK and international school projects, coordinating with clients, architects, and specialists to deliver leading engineering solutions.

You will manage multiple projects, grow client relationships, and support fee proposals and business development, helping expand our London, southern, and international offerings.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical/Building Services Engineering is required.
• Minimum two years' experience in a mechanical engineering role within building services.
• Proven ability with high-quality engineering solutions and client focus.
• Sound knowledge of Revit and ability to design creatively and sustainably.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technically excellent, profitable projects across education and other sectors.
• Develop and nurture client relationships to maximise satisfaction and repeat business.
• Assist with fee proposals and business development, contributing to winning work.
