Qualifications

• HNC, HND, or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services.
• Previous experience in building services design in consultancy or contracting.
• Proficiency in CAD/design software.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Trainee/Graduate candidates with strong academic background encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing mechanical building services systems (heating, ventilation, cooling, domestic services).
• Collaborating with clients, contractors, and suppliers to deliver tailored solutions.
• Conducting technical assessments and simulations to ensure optimal system performance.
• Preparing technical documentation and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Supporting project delivery teams and overseeing commissioning.
