Maintenance Technician

Chard

Salary: £28,000 – £34,000 + days + full training + progression + benefits + shift allowance

Do you have a passion for old machinery, restoring old cars or similar? Are you looking to be fully trained as an Engineer working on bespoke production machinery? Do you have an interest in engineering, problem solving and machinery? On offer is the chance to join a long established company who will fully train you up on their specialised machinery and allow you to work independently completing machine maintenance. The company are the largest manufacturer of their product in the world. They offer a bespoke, specialised service to their customer base with their factory machines designed in the 1800s. The role would suit someone with an interest in engineering, a car mechanic looking for a change in career, someone mechanically minded or similar. The role will be working on the smaller production machines with view to being fully trained then working on the larger machines. The role will require someone with patience, attention to detail and willingness to commit long term.
