JDR Recruitment is seeking a General Factory Operative for a well-established manufacturing client in Boroughbridge. This is a full-time position with Monday to Friday hours and a salary of £28,089 per year.

The on-site role involves working in and around raw meat, with parking available on site. You will work to daily production targets, maintain a clean and safe work area, and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a similar production/warehouse environment.
• A strong team player with a good work ethic.
• Reliable and punctual with attention to detail.
• Able to work in a busy production/warehouse environment.
• Comfortable working in a manual environment with heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

• Working to daily and weekly production targets.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Pack products ready for distribution.
• Inspect products on the production line to ensure quality standards are met.
