Job summary

Staffline is hiring Meat Production Operatives at our busy site on Kellythorpe Industrial Estate in Driffield. This full-time role offers fixed shifts with day and night options and overtime on Sundays. You will work on production lines handling raw and cooked meat, cutting, weighing and packing, with full training provided.

Applicants should have good physical fitness, reliability, and punctuality, and must have transport to reach the site. A canteen and free on-site parking are provided.

Qualifications

• Full-time availability and reliable, punctual worker.
• Comfortable with both raw and cooked meat in chilled conditions.
• No previous experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Working on production lines handling raw and cooked meat products.
• Cutting, trimming, weighing, and packing meat.
• Operating machinery (full training provided).
• Manual handling and lifting.
• Cleaning down work areas and equipment.
• Ensuring hygiene and food safety standards are maintained.
• Working in chilled environments.
• Following health & safety procedures at all times.
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
