Job summary

Staffline is recruiting a Production Operative for a Corsham-based site. You will prepare, handle, and process cooked and raw meat products in a fast-paced food production environment, operate equipment, and work as part of a team to meet production targets.

Shifts are Mon-Fri, 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm, with temp‑to‑perm opportunities, on-site canteen, free parking, PPE provided, full training, and opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail is essential for checking products at different stages.
• Good time management to meet production targets.
• Quality control and inspection of meat products to ensure safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparing, handling, and processing cooked and raw meat products in a fast-paced food production environment.
• Operating equipment, packing products, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ensuring products meet quality requirements and working as part of a team to hit production targets.
