Kepak Meat Division UK is one of the UK's leading food processing companies operating 3 manufacturing sites (Merthyr Tydfil in Wales, Aberdeen in Scotland and Bodmin in England).

As a Meat Processing Operative you’ll play a key role in our production process while gaining hands‑on experience, training, and the opportunity to build a lasting career in food manufacturing.

What you'll do
  • Work on a range of activities, including packing, machinery operation, maintaining cleanliness, and product distribution
  • Work with your team to set up the production line, conduct necessary checks, and ensure all materials are prepared for use
  • Follow all hygiene and food safety standards at all times
  • Support in meeting daily production targets whilst working in chilled factory environment
