Job description

(This position is hired on behalf of our client in the food industry.)

Key Responsibilities
Support the Production Team
  • Perform meat cutting, trimming, weighing, and packaging according to production plans.
  • Operate cutting, mixing, filling, sealing, and vacuum packing machines.
  • Ensure adequate supply of raw materials and packaging materials.
Ensure Food Safety and Quality
  • Follow HACCP and workplace safety procedures.
  • Ensure products meet required standards (weight, appearance, labeling, etc.).
  • Report any issues with materials or equipment.
Maintain Equipment and Work Area
  • Clean and maintain production equipment.
  • Keep work areas organized and sanitary.
  • Wear proper protective gear at all times.
Other Duties as Assigned
  • Assist with loading, unloading, and warehouse tasks.
  • Support other production lines when needed.
  • Attend training and safety meetings.

Wage: CAD $20/hour (Full-time or Part-time)
