Job summary

Openwork is seeking a motivated financial adviser to provide high-quality mortgage advice and grow a client base, with remote working and one day per month in the Dartford office.

You will analyse clients’ financial situations, use firm training, and stay compliant with regulations while networking to expand relationships.

The role offers a basic salary of £45,000–£55,000 with potential progression into Wealth Advice within The Openwork Partnership.

Qualifications

• Strong track record of sales and building strong client relationships.
• Self motivated with excellent communication skills.
• Ambitious with entrepreneurial drive to develop your business network and client portfolio.
• Good knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
