McDonald's Undergraduate Industry Placement in the Progressive Young Farmer Programme offers a 12-month experience across McDonald's key suppliers, rotating through farm-to-restaurant supply chain activities in the UK and Ireland. You’ll gain practical insights from supplier Agriculture teams and contribute to projects on sustainability and innovation.
Ideal candidates are pursuing full-time third-level education, with a passion for food and farming, and a willingness to relocate within the UK

Participants will join one of McDonald's leading suppliers and gain practical experience across the supply chain, following products from farms through to restaurants.
You will report to a supervisor within the supplier's Agriculture Team while gaining exposure to different areas of the wider supply chain.
