Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of CNC turning experience with proven ability to program, set, and operate Mazak machines.
• Strong knowledge of Mazatrol and/or Smooth controls, plus ISO G-code editing.
• Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Programming Mazak CNC lathes using Mazatrol and ISO G-code.
• Setting and proving out jobs on Mazak Quick Turn, Nexus, Smooth, or Integrex machines.
• Running CNC turning operations to produce precision components.
