Job summary

University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a qualified or final year Dental Technician with a focus on Maxillofacial Prosthetics. You will support Prosthetists, assist in coordinating treatment plans and timetabling, and work within a department with 3D printing facilities and a specialist service across multiple units.

Qualifications

• BSc in Technical Dentistry or equivalent and GDC registration.
• UK registration with GDC is required.
• Experience in maxillofacial prosthetics or dental production is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in technical/clinical service for Maxillofacial Prosthetics patients.
• Coordinate treatment plans and timetabling of clinical/technical procedures.
• Assist senior staff with invasive procedures in clinic or theatre within time restraints.
