Job summary

Aspire People is seeking qualified Maths Teachers for secondary teaching opportunities across South Birmingham. We recruit for daily supply, short-term, long-term, and permanent roles in areas including Kings Norton, Hall Green, Kings Heath, Moseley, Northfield, Bournville and surrounding areas.

Roles may include KS3-KS4 Maths, GCSE Mathematics, and KS5 where appropriate; planning, marking and assessment may be involved in longer-term positions.

Qualifications

• Qualified Maths teacher with QTS or QTLS.
• Proven ability to teach Maths to secondary pupils.
• Strong classroom management and engaging delivery across KS3-KS5 where appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Maths lessons to secondary pupils across KS3-KS4 (and KS5 when required).
• Plan, deliver and assess lessons, track pupil progress and provide feedback.
• Contribute to broader school maths planning and initiatives.

We work with secondary schools across areas including Kings Norton, Hall Green, Kings Heath, Moseley, Northfield, Bournville, Bartley Green and surrounding areas.

We are recruiting Maths Teachers for daily supply, short-term cover, long-term assignments and permanent opportunities.

Roles may include teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4, delivering GCSE Mathematics and teaching KS5 where appropriate. Longer-term positions may include planning, marking and assessment responsibilities.

We are looking for teachers with QTS or QTLS, strong Maths subject knowledge, confident behaviour management and the ability to deliver engaging lessons across the secondary age range.
